These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saasascent.com (the "Service"), operated by SaaSAscent ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SaaSAscent provides curated SaaS idea cards and, for Pro subscribers, AI-generated personalised execution roadmaps. The content is for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee that any idea will be commercially successful.
AI-generated content. Roadmaps are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Output does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or tax advice. Verify all claims, costs, and third-party pricing independently before acting on them.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@saasascent.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free plan — access to the idea catalogue and one free AI roadmap. No payment required.
Pro plan — $9 USD/month, billed monthly, unless a different price is displayed at checkout. Provides full roadmap generation and all Pro features. An Annual plan is also available at $79 USD/year, billed annually, with the same features; it renews each year until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles VAT, GST, and sales tax on our behalf.
Cancellation — you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via Paddle (from the link in your receipt or by contacting us). Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days unless required by applicable law.
Refunds — refunds are issued via Paddle in accordance with its Buyer Terms and applicable law. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing core Pro features, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case. If a purchase is refunded, Pro access is revoked.

The Service, including all idea cards, roadmap templates, copy, and branding, is owned by or licensed to SaaSAscent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Roadmaps generated for your account based on your builder profile are yours to use for your personal business planning. You may not republish or resell them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY IDEA OR ROADMAP WILL LEAD TO COMMERCIAL SUCCESS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASASCENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@saasascent.com; see our Privacy Policy for what is deleted. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, at our sole discretion. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will give at least 14 days' notice by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
